  • 3 tbsp of green tea
  • 6 green cardamon
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 6 star anise
  • sugar as per taste
  • salt as per taste
  • A pinch of baking soda
  • 1 litter water
  • 1litter milk


First put the green tea in a pot with boiling water. Then add cardamom, cinnamon, star spice. Boil them together for couple of seconds.Now add the baking soda. you will see the color of the starting to change. After boiling for 5 to 6 minutes, mix 1 cup of cold water or a few pieces of ice in the tea and cook for another 10 minutes. Now mix 2 parts milk and 1 part liqueur(of the tea that’s been boiling for a while) in a cup and serve with sugar and nuts as per your choice.
